A mine measures everything in tonnes and hours, and pays for both in risk.

The highest risk in a pit is proximity: people and heavy machines in the same space, on gradient, in dust, shift after shift. Utilisation is capped by fatigue, and every remote site inherits the outages of whichever distant cloud its systems depend on.

Autonomous haulage exists, but it usually arrives as a closed system tied to one manufacturer, run on infrastructure the mine does not control and cannot audit.

Machine Autonomy runs haul trucks, loaders and support vehicles on defined routes, supervised from a control room, with layered safety systems governing speed, spacing and right of way. Machine OS moves haulage, loading and support to one plan across manufacturers.

The intelligence lives on the machines and on site infrastructure, so the operation never depends on a distant connection. Foundation resolves the pit's operating record; the Data Engine feeds each hauled cycle back into a safer, faster next cycle; access to every machine is deny by default, under the mine's keys.

People move from the blast radius to the control room. Machines that do not tire extend the working day to its physical limits. The mine holds its own operating data and the models trained on it.

Because a mine answers to a regulator and to its communities, every step up in autonomy is a decision the operation makes on evidence it can show. We hold to JQ greater than 1.0: the site must end with more skilled work in supervision and engineering than it removed from the pit.
